DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Process customer orders, prepare invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists for shipment. Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams on order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution. Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and responding to customer inquiries. Monitor order fulfilment, shipment progress, and follow up on outstanding payments when required. Occasionally support product presentations, customer visits, or warehouse operations to understand products and fulfilment processes.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Degree with experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table). Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple orders and product lines.
