DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives, ensuring high morale and productivity.
Performance Management: Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, targets, and KPIs.
Operational Control: Oversee daily store or team operations, including staff scheduling and task delegation.
Customer Service & Sales: Handle escalated customer queries/complaints, ensure exceptional service, and assist in closing deals.
Sales Strategy: Analyze sales data to identify market trends, improve performance, and implement promotional strategies.
Inventory/Merchandising: Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
