DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Arrange strategic direction to team and ensure achievement of sales targets and distribution targets. Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to add to the achievement of distribution. Build good working relationships with external companies, such as Distributors Responsible for the implementation of the strategy Brand and medical marketing is run by the team in the area Monitor and make strategies & guides to the team for managing budgets and preparing promotional programs. Provide direction in the Supply Chain process so that the process runs optimally
REQUIREMENT

Minimal Bachelor Degree, IPK min 3.00, All Major Minimal 3 years experience in the same position Have knowledge in Sales Management, Distributor Management, Territory Management, Merchandising, Develop promotion, Forecasting Good in Negotiation Skill, Interpersonal Skill, Presentation Skill, Leadership, Communication Skill, Strategic Thinking, Teamwork Advance in Ms Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point) Willing to be place in Medan
