REQUIREMENT
Proven experience as a Sales or relevant role 2–5+ years in B2B/B2C sales, ideally within food service Experience dealing with hotels, restaurants, catering companies, wholesalers, or retailers Awareness of food safety regulations, quality standards, and sourcing processes Proficiency in English Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs Knowledge of local and regional F&B markets, pricing trends, seasonal demands, and competition Quickly address client issues related to delivery, quality, or service Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers Clear verbal and written communication, especially for product presentations, emails, and proposals Strong interpersonal skills for networking and resolving client concerns Ability to create and analyze sales forecasts and reports Result oriented, fast learner and passion for sales
