Sales & Revenue Generation
• Achieve and try to exceed monthly sales targets and defined KPIs.
• Proactively engage customers and convert showroom inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Increase conversion rates through consultative and solution-based selling.
• Drive higher Net Invoice Value (NIV) and Average Transaction Value (ATV) through upselling, cross-selling, and full-solution selling.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to maximize closure rates.
• Promote premium collections, add-ons, warranties, and accessories.
• Responsible for collection of payments and regular follow-up on outstanding receivables.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
• Deliver personalized, high-end customer service aligned with luxury retail standards.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
• Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Sales Administration & SAP Management
• Regularly record and manage SAP transactions including quotations, sales orders, invoicing, and receipts.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company sales procedures.
• Create and submit Daily Sales Reports to management.
• Reconcile full day transactions, including cash, card, and credit sales.
• Maintain proper records of customer accounts and payment status.
Cash & Showroom Log Management
• Maintain showroom logbooks including:
o Cashier Shift Change Register
o Safe Content Register
o Banking and Cash Deposit Records
• Ensure accurate cash handling and banking procedures in line with company policy.
Inventory & Stock Management
• Perform physical and electronic inventory checks regularly as per company guidelines.
• Ensure accurate stock keeping and report discrepancies immediately.
Compliance & Operational Excellence
• Adhere strictly to company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and Quality standards.
• Ensure showroom presentation meets premium brand standards at all times.
• Support visual merchandising updates and maintain product display quality.
REQUIREMENT
3-5 years' experience in retail sales, furniture and interior industry experience is preferred..
• Experience in handling POS system is an added advantage
• Good Customer Service skills
• Presentable and good communication skills ; Arabic will be an advantage
• Persuasive and interpersonal skills.
