DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Proactively assists and drive talent management program to retain talents while maximize the talent capabilities via effective program, coaching, training, etc. 2. Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes at the business partner’s side 3. Able to provide advice and strategy to business leaders on HR matters such as talent development, performance evaluation, talent acquisition, employee relations, disciplinary and grievances, etc. 4. Support HR work of relatively large-scale departments with complicated business or across regions. 5. Deeply understand business needs, participate in designing and lead the implementation of solutions. 6. Effectively assist in operating HR processes and implement corporate HR policies.
REQUIREMENT

1. Candidates with a Degree in Human Resource, Business Administrative, or any related field of studies is preferred. 2. Able to work proactively and have a good sense of teamwork. 3. Good interpersonal and communication skill. 4. Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment. 5. Familiar to Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
