DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead, coach, and hold a team of Product Specialists accountable for individual and collective performance. Drive sales results through active floor leadership, live coaching, and disciplined performance management. Own the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects BYD’s premium, tech-led positioning. Manage daily retail and pop-up operations, maintaining readiness, visual standards, and operational discipline. Partner with marketing, events, HR, training, and aftersales to deliver seamless execution and handovers. Track performance, customer feedback, and market insights, translating data into action and improvement.
REQUIREMENT

What you will need: 8+ years’ experience in sales, ideally within mid-luxury retail or customer-centric environments. 3+ years leading teams with clear accountability for targets and standards. Strong commercial acumen with confidence using data, KPIs, and reporting to drive decisions. Fluent English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a strong advantage. Valid UAE driving license. Mindset: You lead from the front and set the standard. You are personally accountable for outcomes not just effort. You are comfortable being visible, decisive, and measured on results. You adapt quickly, learn continuously, and raise the bar for those around you.
