DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and supervise Helpdesk / SNOC team on daily operations and shift coverage Monitor ticket queues, incident alerts, and system health dashboards Ensure compliance with SLAs, response times, and resolution targets Act as escalation point for service incidents and customer issues Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and third-party providers for issue resolution Review tickets for quality, accuracy, and proper documentation Conduct team coaching, performance monitoring, and knowledge sharing Prepare operational reports on incidents, SLA performance, and trends Support continuous improvement of helpdesk and SNOC processes
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 3–5 years experience in Helpdesk, Service Desk, NOC, or SNOC roles Prior experience in a Team Lead or supervisory role is preferred Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and monitoring tools Experience working in an MSP environment is an advantage Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Able to work shifts and handle high-pressure situations
