REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 3–5 years experience in Helpdesk, Service Desk, NOC, or SNOC roles Prior experience in a Team Lead or supervisory role is preferred Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and monitoring tools Experience working in an MSP environment is an advantage Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Able to work shifts and handle high-pressure situations
