REQUIREMENT
Minimum of 1 year hands-on BPO experience as a Technical Support Representative supporting an Australian Telecommunications campaign Proven experience supporting Broadband or Telecommunications accounts (AU preferred; US, UK, or CA accepted) Background in customer service campaigns, preferably within a telecommunications or technical support environment Experience providing live web chat support alongside voice or ticket-based channels is an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally Working knowledge of basic computer networking concepts, including connectivity issues, modem/router troubleshooting, and network fundamentals Practical experience with email systems, common email clients, and smartphone email configuration Ability to multitask effectively, manage multiple tools and queues, and work extended or shifting hours as required Bachelor's degree holder or college undergraduate with relevant technical or support experience
