DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Handle monthly accounting processes, review accounting vouchers and statements, and ensure consistency across accounts, supporting documents, and reports.
Proficient in using Core Tax for daily tax processing, reporting, and reconciliation.
Prepare various financial statements, consolidated reports, and perform financial analysis in a timely manner.
Ensure financial statements from joint ventures comply with applicable regulations.
Ensure accurate calculation, payment, and reporting of taxes (VAT, income tax, etc.) in line with the latest regulations.
Manage the annual corporate tax return.
Map monthly and annual tax returns (SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan) with financial reports.
Coordinate with external parties, including tax authorities, regarding updated tax regulations.
Ensure availability of funds for operational needs.
Review and approve all payments submitted by the Finance team (Bank approval).
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers regarding payment schedules.
Ensure procurement price submissions have obtained the best available pricing.
Ensure audit reports are completed on time.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Must have Brevet A & B.
Must be fluent in English.
Minimum 6 years of work experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, finance, and applicable tax regulations.
Proficient in using Accurate accounting software.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to operate accounting and financial software, including advanced Microsoft Excel.
Good communication skills, especially when explaining financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
