DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Workforce planning & hiring pipeline (CS, Ops, Growth, Royalty/Content). Create Recruiting ops: JDs, scorecards, interview loops, offers, onboarding. Create HR policies & compliance aligned with cumulative-sanction system. Payroll inputs & benefits (BPJS, PPH, private), leave management, personnel files. Quarterly performance reviews (SMART) and disciplinary documentation.
REQUIREMENT

>3+ years HR generalist/People Ops; high-volume hiring experience. Strong Indonesian labor law knowledge; structured interviewing. Understand BPJS & PPH Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Teams & Word
