DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and cultivate new business opportunities Provide technical expertise and advice to customers on the selection, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales proposals, including detailed product specifications and pricing Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies Contribute to the continuous improvement of our HVAC product line by providing feedback and insights from the field Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline, and provide regular progress reports to the management team
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to customers Demonstrated track record of successful sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers Problem-solving and analytical skills to provide tailored solutions to customer needs Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
