REQUIREMENT
Strong oral and written communication skills in English Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in customer service, software support, or accounting support—preferably in areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and apply refined problem-solving skills Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Superb customer service skills with a strong client-focused mindset Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook) Willing to follow Night Shift (9PM - 6AM) PH Time For TALENT PIPELINING for future hiring
