DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Daily Operations and Troubleshooting: Responsible for the routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of all network-management servers in the project, ensuring continuous and stable operation of both hardware and software systems. Server and Data Management: In charge of installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining servers (e.g., Windows Server, Linux systems), including data backup, data re-collection, system security protection (such as antivirus and anti-intrusion measures), and resource allocation. Security Management and Policy Enforcement: Formulate and oversee the implementation of network-security management policies, covering access control, password management, computer-room environment maintenance, data archiving, and compliance checks to mitigate security risks.
REQUIREMENT

Proficient in network architecture and server management, including in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, routing and switching technologies, and network security (e.g., firewall configuration and vulnerability management); experienced in installing, configuring, and maintaining mainstream network devices such as routers and switches. Familiar with Windows Server and Linux operating systems, with hands-on experience in database administration (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware). Skilled in using tools such as ping and Wireshark; capable of system optimization, security incident response, and rapidly pinpointing issues through logical analysis. Able to handle emergencies independently, and possesses strong documentation and cross-team collaboration skills. Demonstrates excellent work, communication, and coordination abilities; can work effectively under pressure; shows a continuous-learning mindset and has good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
