DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build and develop HR team, system, and tools Monitor and manage the implementation of HRD function include recruitment & organization development process, compensation & benefit, general affair and payroll Ensure the entire process of employee performance appraisal, promotion, mutation, and termination. Able to handling employee & industrial relation related issues independently Holding counseling for high motivating the employee to achieve company target
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in Law or equivalent Preferably manager/assistant manager specialized in palm oil company Having minimum 5 years experience as HR & GA Manager in palm oil company Mature, Flexible, and also good in human relation skill Skills : interview & selection, labor & industrial relations, negotiation skill Willing to be placed in all company affiliates
