DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sell off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai Handle and convert qualified daily leads provided by the company Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Maintain accurate records using CRM systems Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate Off-plan sales experience preferred Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market Proven sales and closing ability Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented RERA certification (preferred or required, depending on company policy) Excellent English communication Additional fluency in Hindi, French, Persian, Turkish, or German is an advantage Driving License(preferred)
