DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Book-keeping and accounting entries to accounting system (eg. accruals, adjustments).
Responsible for timely preparation of accounts - weekly, month-end, financial year end closing and aging/listings.
Work independently on accounting and management report and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Prepare accounting reports and deliverables and ensure submission within agreed timelines.
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, monitor unusual items and movement, and investigate reconciling items.
Meet Business Unit / client requirements/instructions and ensure on-time and on-quality deliverables.
Prepare manual journal entries at month end and ensure that the supporting documentation for each manual journal entry is complete, adequate, and accurate.
Perform monthly income tax calculation if required.
Handle ad hoc activities as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
Fresh graduate or with 1 years relevant working experience in accounting, finance or relevant field of work.
Experience working in client service or SSC environment will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
Diploma/Degree or in the midst of pursuing professional studies in accounting/financial or its equivalent such ACCA, MIA, CPA or equivalent.
Must possess management, good communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
