DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Handle daily administrative tasks such as petty cash, business trip claims, office supplies (ATK), and document filing.
Responsible for fulfilling compliance with existing regulations & support basic financial administration by recording expenses, tracking claims, and ensuring documents are complete and organized.
Assist with simple analysis and research by collecting data, preparing summaries, and supporting reports when needed.
Prepare and manage meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and creating Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Support OOTC (Office of The CEO) Department activities by coordinating and maintaining documentation for the 4 pillars (SMO, PMO, RD&A).
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree of relevant major with minimal GPA 3.00
Proven work experience as administrative assistant
Outstanding administration skills and detail oriented
Proficiency in Ms Office (Excel) and english
