DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Handling the Legal & Industrial Relation together with management
Solve employment problems with applicable company Regulations in coordination with relevant departments
Developing and administrate company policies and procedures
Review & evaluate Company Regulation, labor-related policies, and procedures
Ensure Company Regulation alignment among company operations or strategy
Ensure the fulfillment of HR needs (Based on MPP)
Responsible for attendance, payroll, compensation and benefits
Plans, directs organizes and controls the overall activities of General Affairs Section including Employee Services, Safety and Security.
Ensure that the company's work environment is always clean, safe and orderly
Manage the Company dormitory, Locker Room, Canteen and Company Parking Area and Parks
Responsible for completeness and procedures related to Company Health & Safety (K3 Procedure). This including protocol of Covid-19
Manage of the company's cleaning team (Cleaning Service) and maintain the cleanliness of building area
Responsible for the company security team (Security Personnel) and the security system to make sure all asset is safe.
Maintain and responsible for permits and management of company legal documents related to company assets outside (lease agreements, vehicle insurance, building insurance, etc.)
Responsible for the care and maintenance of the company building and waste management
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor degree in Law /Psikologi/Management SDM from a reputable university
At least 4 years of working experience in Industrial Relation & General Affair minimum 2 years at the equal position
Have depth understanding of Indonesia labor laws
Experienced in handling industrial relation dispute to the Industrial Relations Court is a plus
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Strong leadership, Honest, Integrity and Accountability.
Can work under minimum supervision with a tight deadline
Proactive, Teamwork, Service Orientation, and Professional Integrity (Advanced)
Excellent Communication Skills, Confidence and the heart for Service
Initiative, proactive, and good problem solving skill
Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
Computer literate at office application, especially Microsoft Excel
