DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Main responsibility is to provide IT and technical support across all department in all businesses and subsidiaries of Fibercom Group of Companies. • Respond to support request and provide IT technical assistant to company employees. Identify and oversee user needs. • Install, configure, secure, deploy and administer application server (Linux and Microsoft) • Work in a team environment to resolve IT related issues with systems, network, hardware, and software. • Track, document and report identified issues, if necessary, with precise details to vendors and service providers. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed. • Participate in company technical projects and training. Complete special projects as requested • Maintaining hardware inventory, tracking assets, managing hardware requests, and helping provide reports on hardware requirements. • Computer hardware installation, deployment, and troubleshooting. • Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers. • Aid in the administration of all IT hardware and software. • Ensure reliable user access to computers, network, and other IT-related resources. • Aid in the monitoring and testing of system and network performance and security • Aid in the administration security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems. • Aid in the backup and restoration effort of the department. • Conduct security patch, update and upgrade of operating system and application used in the company. • Aid in the Systems/ OS / Hardware / Software upgrades and migrations efforts. • Aid in the administrator and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights with engineers. • Uphold, implement, and maintain IT-related procedures, policies, and restrictions • Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs. • Participate on capacity planning, network and systems design and other IT initiatives being rolled out by the company. • Provide after-hours support for IT infrastructure and other IT-related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance if necessary. • Performs other information technology duties as required to support the work of the IT department
REQUIREMENT

• Newly graduates with reputable hands-on IT apprenticeship training will be considered or at least 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role are welcome to apply. • IT related certification in the Cisco, Linux or Microsoft will be highly considered. • High organized and composed in aiding and support internally. • Good communication and verbal skills. • Can follow documented instructions and manuals precisely. • Very good team player. • Possess critical thinking ability and be able to work in a very stressful environment. • Willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines.
