DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, servers, networks, and hardware locally. · Provide technical support to employees for software, hardware, and peripherals. · Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies. · Coordinate with China HQ IT team to implement IT solutions locally. · Recommend improvements to IT processes and systems.
REQUIREMENT

· 3–5 years IT support experience with strong technical skills (hardware, software, network, server maintenance). · Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science or related fields. · Excellent communication skills; bilingual (English/Chinese) a plus. Preferred · ERP or enterprise system experience. · Experience coordinating with HQ or cross-country IT projects. · Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT asset management.
