DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure solutions Design and document complex IT infrastructure architectures, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of infrastructure solutions Provide technical guidance and support to the IT operations team to maintain the infrastructure Continuously monitor and optimise the performance of the IT infrastructure to meet changing business needs Identify and recommend innovative technologies and best practices to enhance the organisation's IT capabilities Participate in the development of IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture and design, preferably in a complex or enterprise-level environment Strong technical expertise in areas such as network design, server and storage infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and technologies for infrastructure design, monitoring, and automation Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex technical challenges Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong project management and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-based environment Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL
