DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the company's business objectives Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and termination Overseeing payroll, benefits administration and leave management Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations Maintaining employee records and HR documentation Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters Developing and delivering HR-related training and development programmes Collaborating with the senior leadership team on strategic HR initiatives
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR generalist or HRGA Manager role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proficient in using HR information systems and MS Office suite
