Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, motivate and manage a team to achieve optimal performance
Set clear expectations and foster accountability across the team
Quality Control:
Ensuring high standards of quality and safety are consistently met, including compliance with ISO standards
Operational Efficiency:
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring output targets are efficiently achieved
Monitor workflow and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Training, Development & Continuous Improvement:
Working with the on-site trainer to increase the team skill to drive continuous improvement on the production line
Problem-Solving & Escalation:
The ability to trouble-shoot problems on the assembly line and escalate issues promptly to engineering.
Cross Function Collaboration:
Clearly conveying instructions, providing constructive feedback, and ensure alignment with production goals.
Maintain daily communication with London office to update production schedules and feedback.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements
REQUIREMENT
3–5 years of relevant experience in a production environment.
Experience using SAP (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and quality across the team.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and required company standards.
Efficiently managing time and prioritising tasks.
