DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch. Maintain high accuracy of stock levels through effective inventory control and regular cycle counts/stock takes. Ensure proper storage, handling, and item layout optimization. Enforce warehouse SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Lead and evaluate warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency and performance targets. Coordinate closely with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Transport teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure proper operation and maintenance. Prepare routine reports on inventory status, stock movement, operational performance, and aging stock.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the distribution industry. Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control, and stock accuracy procedures. Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing warehouse teams. Solid analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with HSE standards and best practices in warehouse safety. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics systems. Willing to be placed in Pulo Gadung or Cikarang.
