DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels in Arabic and English. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvement. Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in any major preferable Arabic. Previous experience in customer service or contact center is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms is a plus. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
