REQUIREMENT
Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in any major preferable Arabic. Previous experience in customer service or contact center is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms is a plus. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
