DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and oversee the performance, stability, and security of all company server systems (Windows, Linux, and virtual environments). Lead server implementation projects including deployment, migration, and system upgrades. Proactively monitor and troubleshoot server issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust server and backup strategies. Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimisation of server infrastructure. Develop and maintain server documentation, procedures, and configuration standards. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers within the IT team. Stay informed of emerging server technologies and best practices to continuously enhance infrastructure efficiency.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in server or infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments, including system configuration and maintenance. Experience with virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) and basic networking concepts. Understanding of backup systems, data recovery, and system security best practices. Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). Relevant certifications (MCSE, RHCE, or similar) are an advantage.
