REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor’s degree from any major. 2. Proven experience as a Customer Service or Call Center Agent, preferably in the e-commerce, fintech, or banking industry. 3. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools. 4. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure. 6. Able to remain calm and professional in handling difficult or upset customers. 7. High attention to detail and strong multitasking ability. 8. Good time management and task prioritization skills.
