DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. Plan and oversee accounting operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely reporting. Supervise reconciliation activities for all financial transactions (including loans, VAT, income tax, asset management, and stock opname) Lead accounting processes to produce accurate financial statements and management reports. Coordinate with auditors to provide required financial information. Oversee financial documentation and archives to ensure completeness and organization. Identify and manage potential risks related to accounting operations and responsibilities within the department.
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Certified Professional Management Accountant (CPMA) is an advantage. 5+ years of experience in accounting, with 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in IT services, internet service provider industry or financial services industry Extensive knowledge of financial accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control best practices Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing accounting team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
