DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate record-keeping Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide excellent customer service Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and employer branding activities Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
REQUIREMENT

Current enrolment in a university degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and colleagues Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is preferred A keen interest in the recruitment and talent management industry A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
