DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle the recruitment and selection process and traning development process. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Nurture a positive working environment Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Manager overall of payroll and compensation & benefit payment Manage overall of General Purchase function Manager overall admininstrative function such as general affair and permit Overview task assign from Senior HR Manager such as Recruitment, HR Regualtion, Employees Relation, etc.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law, Management, Psychology At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. Understand and strong in Legal, Recruitment, Organization & People Development, ComBen, HR Services, Industrial Relation, K3 and ISO 9001:2015. Good in Managerial Team, Leadership, Negotiation and Communication Skill. Understand UU Cipta Kerja & UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003 Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft and Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Systems. Able to work under pressure
