DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work closely with the IT Manager to support and execute various IT projects, providing day-to-day technical and operational assistance. Deliver timely user support and conduct basic training sessions to ensure a smooth and efficient IT experience for all internal users. Manage IT assets, including procurement, inventory tracking, and proper resource utilization. Handle IT setup, system access, and equipment provisioning for new joiners, as well as proper deactivation during offboarding. Configure, install, and deploy new PCs, ensuring all hardware and software are fully functional. Support and maintain IT infrastructure across offices, warehouses, and retail outlets. Install, update, and maintain IT equipment, systems, and operating software to ensure optimal performance and stability. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues efficiently. Manage user accounts, email access, and system permissions while maintaining proper security and documentation. Assist in ad hoc tasks or special projects assigned by the IT Manager, contributing to overall IT operations. Provide first-level POS system support on both weekdays and weekends, remotely or on-site as required.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure maintenance, or a similar technical role. Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and basic troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and peripheral devices. Experience with POS systems and retail IT environments will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of IT asset management and software installation processes. Able to handle multiple sites (offices, warehouses, and retail outlets) and travel when required. Good communication skills with a customer service mindset, able to support users with patience and professionalism. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willing to work on a rotational support schedule (including weekends or after office hours) when necessary.
