DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in People Development, Organization Development, and Performance Management. Proficient in People Development, including the creation and implementation of Competency Matrix, Competency Gap Analysis, Training Matrix, Training Execution, Evaluation, and Reporting. Skilled in Organization Development, including organizational structure analysis and design, job descriptions, job specifications, job load, and job analysis. Experienced in Performance Management, including KPI analysis, KPI formulation, and integrated KPI development. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Experienced in handling quality compliance standards (ISO). Willing to work at Kawasan Industri Pulogadung (East Jakarta)
