DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyze customer needs Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs Preventive and corrective maintenance Monitoring network, collaboration and security device Responsive services Ensure continued smooth operation of the network infrastructure, minimize network downtime users Proactively monitor and analyze network performance to detect and resolve issues Report day to day to Supervisor Support after working hours
REQUIREMENT

At least Diploma in information technology or equivalent Having experience 2+ years as a L2/L3 routing and switching data center and #campusnetwork such as planning, design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting or distreshooting and performance tunning Having experience Huawei NCE Campus Fabric dan NCE Campus Insight Advance network architecture and administration Deep understanding of protocols network (TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP, Hubs, Switchest, Routers, Firewalls, WLC, Access Point, Wiring); TCP/IP, Internet and networking (LAN, WAN) Preferably having professional certification such as HCNA/HCIA Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently Good communication & interpersonal skills such as presentation, decicated on client, collaborative, focuses on result and work under pressure
