DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide IT Helpdesk support to users, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Offer user guidance and assistance to resolve IT-related issues promptly. Maintain, monitor, and ensure the performance of IT systems, hardware, and software. Administer and document helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and accurate record-keeping. Maintain and update IT equipment inventory and asset documentation. Record and manage the inventory history of all IT devices and systems. Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives within the organization. Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance system efficiency and service quality.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum education: SMK/D3/S1 in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Network Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 0–1 year in a similar position (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Basic understanding of troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks. Familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems. Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and disciplined in maintaining documentation. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
