DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement user interface (UI) components for web applications using modern front-end technologies. Optimize the performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications and websites. Conduct interface and usability testing to ensure cross-browser and device compatibility. Collaborate closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure smooth integration between design and functionality. Maintain, document, and improve existing codebases and user interface designs. Ensure adherence to UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards. Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes to ensure code quality and performance. Support the organization’s digital transformation by contributing innovative ideas and technical expertise.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: 0–1 year in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome). Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiar with modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as React or Vue.js. Proficient in Figma or similar UI/UX design tools. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Passionate about building efficient, user-friendly interfaces and staying up-to-date with front-end development trends.
