DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the requirement gathering and analysis workshops with our clients. Capture, analyze, and translate clients’ business requirements into well-defined scope and system solution design. Create system documentations: Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specification Design (FSD), End User Guide, MoM, etc. Liase between Users and System Developers for any technical problems including gap requirements and work together to find a win win best solution.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or related major from reputable university. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business System Analyst. Deep knowledge and experiences in the SDLC methodologies which include requirement gathering, analysis, designing, documenting (BRD, FSD, UAT Scripts etc), testing until deployment. Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
