DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Handling inquiry, request and complaint from existing or non-customer via walk-in channel, call-in channel, email, website, WhatsApp and social media 2. Provide information as customer needs and assigned to related division if needed according to the type of the information, report using the MIS system 3. Check and monitor all the customer’s request that has been recorded in MIS system every day to received information and/or solution from related division 4. Closed and ensure that the information has been delivered to customers once the problem has been solved 5. Conducts surveys to customers regarding services and products according to company needs (after call, etc.)
REQUIREMENT

Max. 30 years od Min. education S1 Have experience in related field Able to use Ms. Office Able to work shifting & under pressure Physically & mentally healthy Good at communication & complain handling
