Key Responsibilities Leadership & People Development Build, develop, and retain a high-performing production team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Act as a role model for company values, ethics, safety, and compliance, while also providing coaching and succession planning for future leaders. Operations & Performance Management Oversee end-to-end production operations across multiple shifts, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Set clear performance KPIs, monitor progress, and take corrective action to achieve operational and financial targets. Partner with planning, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks. Process Optimization & Improvement Lead site-wide continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Efficiency frameworks (e.g., ELS). Identify and implement automation, standardization, and productivity solutions to improve OEE and reduce waste. Champion best practices across shifts and teams, ensuring consistency and sustainability of improvements. Maintenance & Asset Reliability Ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all production machinery. Recommend cost-efficient upgrades or modifications to support productivity and quality targets.
