DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Carry out sales activities and ensure achievement of targets set by management, including acquiring new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, preparing competitive quotations, and monitoring the Semarang Marketing Team.
Conduct customer visits and telemarketing activities to support sales target achievement.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing quotations, delivering presentations, addressing customer inquiries, and negotiating product offerings, application processes, and contract agreements.
Promote PT Takari Kokoh Sejahtera as a finance company and expand its market presence in Central Java.
Prepare, review, and manage administrative forms and documents related to customer transactions, ensuring smooth processes from application to contract agreement without administrative issues.
Follow up on customer payments within 45 days to ensure timely collections.
Supervise, monitor, and evaluate subordinate performance.
Create and submit daily reports, including sales call activities and daily operational reports.
Prepare weekly reports and present updates in weekly meetings regarding customer prospects, new transactions, and sales call progress.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or financial services; at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a marketing team.
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of financial products and contract processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership with the ability to supervise, monitor, and evaluate team performance.
Detail-oriented with solid administrative and reporting skills.
Willing to travel for customer visits and expand business coverage in Central Java.
