DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee end-to-end onboarding (pre-boarding, orientation, training, integration). Design and manage Learning & Development programs (TNA, learning delivery, mentorships, leadership development). Implement and monitor Performance Management systems (e.g., OKRs) to align individual and organizational goals. Support Succession Planning & Career Development initiatives to prepare future leaders. Contribute to Organizational Development (SOP creation, organizational structure, process improvements). Build strong strategic partnerships with leaders and departments to align talent initiatives with business needs.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree from any background. Proven experience in Learning & Development program design and implementation. Strong understanding of data usage for reporting, training analysis, and follow-up development. Familiar with Performance Management systems (e.g., OKR). Experience in Organizational Development (SOP, structure, policies). Strong communication, leadership, and adaptability skills.
