DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide strategic direction for promotions and events execution. Contribute to competitive product development. Support Associate Director in creating marketing plans. Collaborate with management to align marketing with business goals. Manage customer acquisition and retention programs to meet targets and strengthen brand equity. Oversee promotion and event implementation, and maintain corporate client relationships. Prioritize team initiatives and resources to achieve marketing objectives. Plan, monitor, and evaluate admission activities, ensuring compliance with guidelines. Coordinate with Brand, Corporate Communication, and Marketing Intelligence for corporate image and market research.
REQUIREMENT

Min. Bachelor's degree from any major Minimum 7 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in Managerial level Has strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia Excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and communication skills Work placement: BINUS Semarang Campus
