Development & Implementation Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate) Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload Create and maintain technical documentation for all RPA solutions, including process design documents, solution design documents, and user manuals Develop and configure automation workflows, including exception handling and error recovery mechanisms Collaboration & Support Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand process workflows Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing systems and applications Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed RPA bots Conduct user training sessions and create training materials for business users Quality & Optimization Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing of RPA solutions Monitor bot performance and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all automation solutions Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards Continuous Improvement Stay updated with latest RPA technologies, tools, and industry best practices Contribute to the development of RPA governance framework and standards Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation Support the creation and maintenance of the RPA pipeline and roadmap
