DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports Build and maintain good relationships with clients Understand customer needs and provide the right solutions Explain the Technical features of our products & services to customers Support the sales process by resolving Technical concerns Conduct product demos and answer Technical questions Be the main contact for any Technical questions or issues
REQUIREMENT

Preferably based in Semarang Bachelor’s degree in any major (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred) Previous experience in B2B sales or industrial sales is an advantage Strong negotiation and communication skills Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English About the Role As a Sales Engineer at PT SLS Bearindo, you will play an important role in supporting our business growth in Semarang. This is a full-time position where you will work closely with clients, offering technical support and helping them find the best solutions for their needs. Your strategic and consultative approach will be key to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
