DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Oversee daily production operations to achieve targets on time and with quality. - Supervise, train, and support production team to improve overall skills and performance. - Execute production plans, optimize workflow, and enhance efficiency. - Monitor quality control, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. - Troubleshoot production problems including equipment breakdowns or material shortages. - Maintain production equipment to ensure smooth operation. - Coordinate with other departments (procurement, warehouse, engineering) to ensure necessary resources and support.
REQUIREMENT

- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or related role. - Strong knowledge of production management, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling processes. - Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide team members. - Familiar with quality control standards to ensure product quality meets company requirements. - Strong problem-solving skills to handle production issues efficiently. - Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay. - Experienced in production scheduling to ensure timely completion of targets.
