DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead annual budgeting and forecasting, monitor project performance, and provide variance analysis with recommendations. Oversee financial closing, ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP/IFRS, and coordinate with auditors. Manage cash flow planning, funding, and payments to ensure project liquidity. Supervise and develop the finance team, implement internal controls and SOPs. Prepare accurate financial reports, analyze data, and communicate with partners and stakeholders. Deeply analyze the numbers and make sure the report is correct. Other related tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting. Business level English. Has 5 years of experience as Finance Manager in the large-scale Property Industry. Has an experience in a housing Project (landed project etc.). Deeply understanding about property business is important. Familiar with accurate. Has strong leadership.
