Looking for new customer outlets for ice cream sales
conducting product sales canvassing
Responsible for achieving sales target in branches.
Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance.
Develop trade and consumer promotions and manages execution of such trade and consumer promotions.
Controlling outlets regarding stocks availability
Secures visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events.
Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives
Supervise marketing events and programs
Reporting : Submits necessary reports periodically meets deadlines and abides by the route plans
Developing a strong relationship of co-operation and partnership with all accounts
REQUIREMENT
Graduated from Bachelor Degree any major
Having working experience in the same position sales supervisor at least for 2 years (from Ice cream Company is preferable)
Computer literacy
Familiar with traditional market business and sales activity
Communicative, Have strong personality, Target oriented, Self motivated, and adaptable
Willing place in Surabaya
