DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify new business opportunities and proactively manage the full sales cycle. Develop and execute branch-specific sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales tactics. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present results to upper management. Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Chemistry. Business English proficiency (proficiency in reporting to expatriates). Min. 4 years as Senior Executive Sales handling Food Ingredients to manufacture. Willing to work in Medan. Smart, able to work with less supervision, good work ethics, flexible.
