DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive Haday’s growth within the assigned region. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partner vendors. Collaborate with importer business teams to expand market presence and increase brand sales. Achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth in the designated area. Enhance brand awareness and market coverage through impactful brand promotion, in-store displays, and execution of sales initiatives. Monitor and maintain pricing systems in line with company guidelines. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to support long-term expansion.
REQUIREMENT

Currently resides in Makasar or has prior work experience in Makasar with strong local networking. Minimum of 2 years experience in the FMCG industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Must own a personal vehicle (car). Able to communicate effectively in English. Mandarin language proficiency is highly valued and will be a strong asset in the selection process. Only CVs written in English or Mandarin will be processed Possess certain market analysis and judgment skills, along with a strong sense of customer service, strong execution ability, independent communication skills, and a hardworking, diligent attitude.
