DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Establish a trusted relationship and communicate clearly/effectively to clients to help drive continued value of our products and services Maintain and support existing customers to ensure they continue using Accounting+ effectively, leading to the success of their own businesses. Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members Work with the sales and marketing team to share marketing information and/or drill customer references, NPS, and develop case studies
REQUIREMENT

> 1 years experience in related fields Bachelors Degree, preferably in a related field (e.q Accounting, Marketing, Business etc). Looking for Characters: 1.
